Please do me a favor and enjoy the celebration. Try to not get caught up in the presents stuff.
Our Thanksgiving was bitter/sweet. We had both sides of the family over (38 in all). It was a great time and, as usual, the food was fantastic. The left over deserts have now been eaten. So, weight loss is now on my mind. That’s the sweet part. The sad part is, that was the last time Thanksgiving will be at our house. We WILL be gone before next Thanksgiving!!! Time to start a new tradition.
What else can I say, but that things are going great! We visited many churches over the last 2 months and have been well received. I have truly enjoyed ministering all over southern New England. We are now over half way to reaching our budget and much of my calendar is filled in 09. We are starting to contact AG missions Headquarter to get the timetable in order to leave. There is much to be done.

Traveling Traveling Traveling. There’s no doubt the Lord’s favor is with us as we have tepped out in faith. God is supplying our needs, preparing our hearts, and allowing us to be a lessing as we visit churches throughout the area. All praise to our King! Carol is teaching at the University of RI. Rachel is doing well in China and Renee is back in school and honing in on her choice for college. This fall we are traveling all over New England sharing our burden for Indonesia. It is our prayer to not only share our burden, but share a message calling God’s people to rise up and proclaim salvation to their communities! “Let us share the good news of Jesus while there is still time!”
As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.” |
